- Perform TIG welding on various materials, including aluminium, stainless steel, and mild steel.
- Use high and low-temperature brazing techniques, including silver soldering.
- Inspect your work manually and perform quality tests to meet stringent aerospace standards.
- Work with components such as stud plates, trombone tubes, and single-end fitting pipes to BS EN:12797:2000 standards.
- Assemble components using handheld tools and follow engineering drawings and SOPs.
- Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proven experience in TIG welding.
- Expertise in high and low-temperature brazing, including silver soldering.
- Ideally, certifications in BS EN:12797:2000 or AWSD17.1/D17.1M:2010-AMD1 standards (desirable but not essential).
