DT Technician Needed
Quay Education are excited to be working with an Ofsted Outstanding Secondary School in the Uxbridge area who are looking to appoint a DT Technician on a full-time permanent basis.
Salary is 27,030 pro-rata to 22,245
It will be your job, under the direction of the Subject Leader, to support the delivery of the curriculum in the D&T department through ensuring that tools, equipment and materials are maintained safely and are ready for use.
Ideally you will have experience working in a School environment in a similar positionhowever those with experience using woodworking and metalworking machinery (manual tools, circular saws, band-saws etc) and engineering equipment (centre lathes, milling machines etc) will also be considered.
Hours will be 8.15am - 3.45pm term time only + 5 inset days.
