The Role:

  • Work closely with students who require additional behavioural support, both inside and outside the classroom.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships to encourage positive behaviour and engagement.
  • Support teachers and school staff in managing behaviour effectively.
  • Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions tailored to students’ individual needs.
  • Act as a role model, providing guidance, motivation, and emotional support.
  • Assist in implementing behaviour management strategies and school policies.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Empathetic and patient, with the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
  • Resilient and hard-working, able to handle challenges with a positive attitude.
  • Experienced in working with young people, particularly those with behavioural or emotional difficulties (school experience is desirable but not essential).
