A successful public sector organisation based in Uxbridge is looking for an accomplished HR Administrator to join its team on an initial 1 year fixed-term contract. Please note, the organisation embraces flexibility so you will be able to work from home 2 days per week.

Reporting to the Head of HR, the chosen candidate will provide proactive administrative support to the people team. You will assist with all aspects of the recruitment process and will take responsibility for onboarding and off boarding joiners and leavers. You will support employee relations processes, organise key HR meetings, and update the firm’s ATS system.

In order to be suitable for this role, you must be a proven HR Administrator with excellent communication skills and demonstrable expertise providing a proactive support service to the business. You will be a personable, empathetic and adaptable individual who is able to work independently. You will have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail coupled with experience of managing employee records. CIPD accreditation would be advantageous to your application but is by no means essential.
