What You’ll Do

As an Associate Representative - Inside Sales, you’ll:

  • Engage with Customers: Handle orders via email and telephone, ensuring customer satisfaction and providing a seamless buying experience.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Suggest complementary products, up-sell services, and leverage buying history to enhance revenue.
  • Develop Opportunities: Collaborate with marketing and outside sales to qualify and grow leads into valuable business opportunities.
  • Manage Quotes: Prepare and follow up on quotations, securing orders and gaining insights on lost opportunities.
  • Coordinate Deliveries: Oversee order reports, resolve potential delays, and ensure timely fulfillment to meet customer expectations.
  • Analyse Market Trends: Share competitive insights, pricing trends, and customer feedback with the leadership team.
What We’re Looking For

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Sales or sales administration experience is a plus but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
