We are looking for a skilled learning and development manager to join one of our hospitality clients in an exciting new position. This client specialises in providing event and catering services across sporting stadiums, train stations, airports, and similar high-traffic venues. In this role, you’ll support the HR and talent team in shaping, delivering, and executing training initiatives throughout the organisation. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you’ll identify training needs and develop innovative learning solutions that meet the needs of team members at all levels. Although some training programs exist, you will primarily focus on creating new, impactful programs that support the business’s overall goals.

The ideal candidate will bring a background in training, ideally within hospitality, retail, or other customer-facing sectors. You’ll be engaging and motivational, skilled at designing content and delivering it effectively to ensure lasting impact.

The position offers a salary of up to £55,000 and a hybrid schedule of 3 days in the West London office and 2 days working from home. Travel to various London locations will be required to foster strong relationships with stakeholders. Benefits include 33 days of holiday and a competitive pension plan.
