Job Title: Minute Taker Committee Support

Location: Fully remote

Remuneration: Hourly rate £18.08

Contract Details: Temporary, 1 year

Responsibilities:

  • Provide essential support to our client's small number of the university committees.
  • Take accurate notes and record actions during committee meetings.
  • Initially, the role will focus on supporting the Executive Board and Strategic Planning Committee, with the possibility of additional committees in the future.

For information:

  • The Executive Board meets twice a month for 2 hours.
  • The Strategic Planning Committee meets once a month for 2 hours.
