About the Role:We are seeking a hardworking and motivated individual to carry out grounds maintenance across multiple sites. You will play a key role in keeping outdoor areas well-maintained and presentable, ensuring all services meet high standards and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:- Weeding, cleaning, lawn mowing, strimming, hedge cutting
- Carrying out general grounds maintenance tasks
- Ensuring high health & safety standards
- Using the appropriate power and hand tools where required
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Ability to self-motivate and work well within a team
- Experience using power tools and horticultural equipment (e.g., strimmers, hedge trimmers, push mowers)
- Previous grounds maintenance experience (preferred)
- Strong awareness of Health & Safety procedures
- Ability to meet and exceed business objectives
- Experience implementing quality standards and working to customer specifications
