Recruitment Coordinator £28,000 to £30,000 Uxbridge A lovely newly created role has now become available with a fantastic company based in Uxbridge. The purpose of this role is to support the HR Manager will all aspects of the recruitment process, from filtering through cv’s to conducting first stage screening interviews. This would be the perfect role for candidates who have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition and are looking for a progressive role, as the company would fund a CIPD qualification for the right candidate long term. Role responsibilities:
- Screening cv’s for various roles and filtering through to Line Managers for approval
- Conducting first stage telephone interviews with candidates
- Liaising with Recruitment Partners
- Arranging face to face interviews directly with candidates and via agencies
- Writing up and sending out offer letters
- Arranging PPE for new starters
- Assisting the HR Manager with some administrative tasks Candidate profile:
- Candidates must have experience in recruitment
- Previous experience in screening/interviewing candidates is essential
- A self-starter who is highly organised and able to priortise own workload
- Good relationship building skills
