Employee Experience Manager - Education Sector - Uxbridge - c£44,000This is a newly created role! Reporting into the Assistant Director of Employee Experience you will be responsible for improving engagement, inclusion and wellbeing across the organisation. Your key accountabilities will include:-

  • Developing and implementing employee experience, inclusion and wellbeing strategies
  • Designing and delivering initiatives to develop and retain talent
  • Providing advice and guidance on employee engagement to senior leaders and managers
  • Overseeing and implementing a calendar of events covering inclusion, belonging and wellbeing
  • Creating regular wellbeing and inclusion reports

You should be an experienced HR professional with a track record of improving employee experience and engagement. A strong understanding of wellbeing and inclusion best practice needs to be combined with an ability to design, deliver and evaluation training programmes. Excellent communication skills and an ability to analyse trends and metrics is essential.
