To work in partnership with key stakeholders, Chief People Officer (CPO), and HR colleagues

The Head of Employee Data & Business Services is responsible for leading and managing the delivery of operational services to ensure the efficient, effective, and high-quality transactional activity across the employee life cycle. The role is responsible for the delivering of a high-quality service experienceto its employees and managers in relation to all people mattersacross the employee lifecycle including employee relations cases.

The Head of Employee Data & Business Services will lead in driving performance across the function and delivery against all agreed KPIs/metrics, through end-to-end processes, including payroll, which can accommodate further integration of internal processes, to reduce cost, whilst delivering exceptional services.

The role will work with the CPO and lead on developing a truly inclusive and dynamic working culture.

Employee Relations.

Staff Management

Must have degree level CIPD or Equivalent

Proven track record of operational and strategic Management

Experience handling TUPE situations with legal implication

Familiar with best practice redundancy processes and experienced in coaching managers through this and leading where necessary

Experience of working with Trade Unions

Skilled analytical thinker with the ability to critically assess requirements and select 'best fit’ approach to meeting HR needs.

Extensive knowledge and understanding of employment law and HR best practice.
