A highly experienced HR professional is required for this Head of Employee Data and Business Services position. This is a responsible position offering real variety.

Some of your duties will include:

- Leading the delivery of operational services across employee life cycle

- Providing leadership and guidance to direct reports and facilitating professional development

- Remaining abreast of relevant legislation and best practice across people matters

- Ensuring accurate and up to date HR data is produced for report analysis

- Taking ownership of the continuous improvement of HR processes, policies and procedures

- Working closely with heads of service to ensure all Managers are aware
