Sheridan ward is delighted to be recruiting for a brilliant and well-established company based in Uxbridge, they are looking for a new Product Support Specialist to join their team!
The main focus of this role is mostly making outbound calls and then fault finding on the call with the customer, whether this be for ant breakdown issues or basic technical queries.

Product Support Specialist duties:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls
- Completing product investigations
- Add clear notes on calls which are progressed for attendance
- Create service reports
- Use Remote access software to log on to customers equipment
