Service Desk Administrator

We at Sheridan Ward are currently recruiting for our loyal client based in Uxbridge. They are looking to bring onboard a Service Desk Administrator to their growing team!

They would love it if someone had an excellent knowledge and experience using SAP and Excel but this isn’t a driving factor, strong admin or customer service skills would be perfect for this position.

If you are happy to come in and get your teeth stuck into a role that is different every day this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Have you been with your current employer for a few years and now want a change, if so this could be the perfect change for you!!

Service Desk Administrator Duties:

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Responding to emails that have come into the service inbox
  • Creating quotes
  • Closing down service reports
  • Managing account queries
  • Logging all calls which come in from engineers
  • Creating and managing orders for products and parts
