Our client is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Scheduler to join their team. This role involves scheduling and dispatching to Service Engineers and supporting various planning and maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will have strong scheduling and dispatching experience, excellent organizational skills, and a motivation to provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Schedule and dispatch calls to Service Engineers as created by the Service Desk.
  • Support the pre-planning of installations and the scheduling and planning of preventative maintenance services.
  • Assist with inspection services and work closely with Technical Specialists to progress calls.
  • Create service quotes and ensure customers receive clear notifications about delayed attendance.
  • Answer incoming calls from Engineers and review the schedule throughout the day.
  • Utilise technology effectively to ensure efficient planning.
  • Engage proactively with all areas of the business, maintaining a customer-oriented focus.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring an added value service.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong experience in scheduling or dispatching.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP and Access is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Excel.
