A global pharmaceutical company is currently looking for a Digital Communications Specialist to join their team on an initial 12-month contract.Although all backgrounds will be considered, a pharmaceutical/ life sciences background is preferred as well as exposure to Veeva.

This is a great opportunity to utilise your experience in Corporate Affairs and Internal Communications to drive impactful companywide strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the wider team in implementing corporate affairs strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and values
  • Crafting compelling newsletters, corporate and internal communications to engage stakeholders effectively
  • Taking ownership of updates to company's website, ensuring all content is compliant with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Showcasing your strong organisational skills by efficiently coordinating and managing communication projects, deadlines, and events

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Corporate Affairs/Internal Communications particularly within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in video editing and content
  • Strong writing skills for newsletters as well as for corporate/international communications
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
