Key Responsibilities:
- Teach various ESOL courses & Functional Maths
- Develop provision, and line manage a team of teaching staff
- Plan and implement courses
- Help maximise student enrollment, attendance, and success

Requirements:
- An Advanced Teaching Qualification (Such as a PGCE, DET or equivalent)
- A relevant degree or equivalent qualification
- 3 years experience teaching ESOL, preferably to 16-18 year olds.
- Curriculum co-ordination/leadership experience preferably
