My client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Legal Administrator to join their dynamic team within the commercial property sector. This exciting opportunity is based in the Uxbridge office, where you will play a key role in supporting the legal team with a variety of administrative tasks within the construction department. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

What will you be doing?

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the construction team.
  • Draft, proofread, and prepare legal documents, including leases, contracts, and agreements.
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, and external parties to coordinate and track legal processes.
  • Manage file systems, ensuring all documentation is accurately filed and readily accessible.
  • Handle client enquiries, ensuring excellent customer service and prompt resolution of issues.
  • Dealing with Land registry process

What skills will you have?

  • Previous experience in a legal administrative role, preferably within commercial property/construction.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial property law and practices (preferred but not essential).
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication skills and the ability to interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to solve problems efficiently.
  • Strong Audio typing skills
  • Familiar and confident with the Land Registry documentation and process
