Our Client, a rapidly growing SME within the Mechanical Services industry are recruiting for an experienced Business Operations Manager. The head office is based in Uxbridge, West London and with contracts & projects across London and the surrounding Home Counties.
This is an Operational administrative role with a strategic direction for the business to streamline & implement business processes and procedures
Reporting to the Director, you will deliver highly efficient administrative support across a range of day-to-day duties relating to the business wide systems and processes. This role will include taking specific responsibility for co-ordinating, recording, updating and maintaining internal data and back-office systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement systems of work, and process that allow the business to automate in the most efficient way
- Manage and renew QMS and accreditation within the company
- Ensure Compliance of H&S for the company
- Website updating and Analytics.
- Processes and procedures implementation across the business
- Management and renewal of Accreditations
- Using data to be become more efficient.
- Implementation of a training and investment plan for all employees
- Implantation of employee appraisals
- Fleet management
- Introducing a stock control at the warehouse.
- Updating and managing uniforms
- Management of the time management systems
- Back-office management
- Out of hours facility control management
- Implement safe systems of work control measures
- Tender portal updates / contracts advance
- Work in the Operations of the business
In order to be successful in this role you must have exceptional organisation skills, be able to communicate effectively with all internal & external teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications in Business Administration would be an advantage however valuable, hands-on experience is the most important. Experience within the engineering or construction industry is also an advantage but not essential.
