My client are a dynamic and charming non-food FMCG business currently going through an exciting period of expansion. Due to head increase, they are currently seeking a Production Manager to join their team based in Uxbridge.

This role is office-based

The Role

Manage end to end production process across product lines
Coordinate with UK & International suppliers
Cost-effective manufacturing practises
Monitor production schedules
Oversee inventory and stock-levels
Resolve issues in a timely manner
Maintain strong relationships
Lead & develop internal production team

The Candidate

Proven production or manufacturing management
Experience with product safety standards for children's products or similar categories
Microsoft proficiency
Experience and understanding of supply-chain
