Trade Marketing Coordinator

£27,000 + 10% Discretionary Bonus

The Advocate Group are partnering with Monster Energy Ltd, on the hunt for a dynamic Trade Marketing Coordinator. As part of their dedicated team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of trade marketing programs and driving business growth within your designated territory.

The Responsibilities:

  • Brand Artworks: Collaborate with the internal Creative team to develop brand visuals for the EMEA portfolio. Manage and track brand artwork requests from local markets, liaising with external agencies to localise central master artworks and provide final print files to markets.
  • Product Launches: Support new product launches by creating exciting toolkits. Proactively gather knowledge about the product pipeline to prepare brand and trade toolkits in advance. Toolkits may include POS suites, pack shots, sell-in decks, NPD presenter boxes, web banners, videos, and in-store activation concepts.
  • Sales Tools: Collect relevant information from various departments for each project/tool and create the necessary sales tools. Communicate and share sales tools with commercial teams, contributing to portfolio development and growth for local field sales teams.
  • Consumer Prize Fulfillment Hospitality: Host and manage on-the-ground hospitality for consumer prize winners at various global events throughout the year.
  • Team Administration: Maintain and update internal Marketing and Operations handbooks, guidelines, and process overviews as required. Oversee the smooth running of the internal team storage facility on SharePoint. Handle finance-related tasks such as managing purchase orders, invoices, vendor details, and goods receipt notes. Assist with logistics by submitting internal warehouse forms for inbound and outbound processes.

The Person:

The ideal candidate is a hands-on, self-starter who thrives in a team environment while being comfortable working with limited supervision.

  • Prior experience in a marketing or trade operations role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive problem-solving ability and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design software is a plus.
  • A creative mindset and an understanding of marketing concepts will be beneficial.
