Installation and Maintenance:

Install, maintain, and repair a variety of air conditioning and ventilation systems, including:

Split systems

VRF/VRV systems

Chiller units

Ventilation systems (supply and extract)

Heat recovery systems

Diagnose and rectify faults in air conditioning and ventilation systems.

Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on various systems.

Respond promptly to emergency call-outs to resolve urgent issues.

Ensure all work complies with relevant building regulations and industry standards.

Refrigerant Handling:

Handle refrigerants safely and in accordance with F-Gas regulations.

Maintain accurate records of refrigerant usage and disposal.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate and real-time records of all work carried out using a CAFM system accessed via PDA.

Complete necessary paperwork and documentation efficiently.

Estimating and Quoting:

Conduct site surveys and prepare accurate quotations for proposed works.

Client Liaison:

Communicate effectively with clients, providing professional advice and guidance on system operation, maintenance, and repairs.

Build and maintain positive client relationships.

Health and Safety:

Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.

Promote a safe working environment.
