First Article Inspector Responsibilities:

Plan and conduct inspections to ensure compliance with QPM requirements.
Complete all inspection and FAIRs for high-quality aerospace components.
Review and verify that all First Article Inspections (FAI) meet QAI-148 / AS9102 standards.
Sign off reports and archive documentation correctly.
Drive improvements in FAI processes to exceed industry standards.
Support additional FAI inspection activities as required.

Ideal Candidate:

Manufacturing/Engineering background, preferably in aerospace.
Strong experience in inspection and quality assurance.
Expert knowledge of AS9102 First Article Inspection processes.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Skilled in using inspection tools and Microsoft Office applications.
