Are you an organised and proactive administrator looking for your next step in a fast-paced, varied role? We’re recruiting for an Office Coordinator to join a fantastic business in Uxbridge. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who enjoys multitasking, thrives in dynamic environments, and wants to play a key role supporting an Office Manager.

About the Role: As the Office Coordinator, you’ll handle a range of responsibilities, from managing vehicle services and employee uniforms to booking hotel accommodation and supporting Health & Safety initiatives. No two days will be the same, making this a perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and taking ownership of their tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing company vehicles, including booking services, MOTs, and repairs.
  • Coordinating employee PPE supplies and logging.
  • Monitoring, ordering, and tracking employee uniforms.
  • Conducting twice-yearly driving licence checks.
  • Overseeing stationery management and stock levels.
  • Conducting weekly fire alarm checks and monitoring fire extinguishers.
  • Supporting Health & Safety initiatives.
  • Reception duties, including welcoming visitors.
  • Booking hotel accommodation and meeting rooms as required.

About You: We’re looking for an organised and capable multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment:

  • A minimum of 2 years of office administration experience.
  • Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
