Responsibilities: Are you organised, proactive, and ready to be the heartbeat of our office? Join our client as an Office Coordinator and make a lasting impact!

  • Manage the inbox for meeting room bookings, ensuring smooth communication.
  • Answer incoming calls with enthusiasm and provide information about office space.
  • Keep our kitchen stocked with coffee, tea bags, cookies, and coordinate milk deliveries twice a week.
  • Set up and clear down meeting rooms, maintaining a tidy and professional environment.
  • Operate dishwashers to keep the kitchen spick and span-two dishwashers, one for clean and one for dirty!
  • Book meeting rooms for the team, ensuring everyone has a great space to collaborate.
  • Act as the go-to person for all on-site inquiries and needs.
  • Ensure printer supplies are always stocked-check paper and toner regularly.

Experience/Skill Set We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in an Office coordinator, Team Assistant or Reception role.
  • Experience in a flexible work environment-your adaptability is key!
  • Strong email management skills to handle incoming messages with ease.
  • A friendly demeanour with excellent customer service skills-our team and visitors will rely on you!
  • Proven ability to manage the meeting rooms schedule efficiently.
