Mt client is based in a private academy in Hillingdon and Egham and seek a Senior Facilities Manager to lead the facilities team. Provide strategic and operational leadership for all Facilities operations at ACS International School, focusing primarily on the ACS Egham and Hillingdon campuses. This role involves managing the Facilities team and support partners to ensure effective operations in line with the ACS Strategic Plan, annual budgets, and Service Level Agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Facilities team and support partners to deliver efficient operations.
  • Align Facilities operations with the ACS Strategic Plan, budgets, and Service Level Agreements.
  • Drive and commit to delivering excellent, customer-focused facilities services.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage Campus Facilities development in line with organisational objectives and the ACS Strategic Plan, under the guidance of the Head of Estates and Facilities.

Senior Leadership Team (SLT) Involvement:

  • Actively participate as a member of the SLT.
  • Collaborate with faculties and departments, offering best advice and guidance.
  • Ensure all Facilities activities comply with statutory obligations.
  • Balance best value and practice while supporting the future development of the Egham and Hillingdon estates.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Continuously assess working and business practices using qualitative and quantitative data to drive continual improvement for the campuses.

Team Development:

  • Lead the development of the Facilities team and service partners.
  • Ensure the team possesses the knowledge, understanding, ability, and desire to consistently meet Facilities objectives and adapt to the changing needs of the campus.
