CRG are looking to recruit an Experienced Quantity Surveyor for a Leading ConstructionCompanybased in Hillingdon, with a specialised expertise in Fit-Out Projects within the Commercial Sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure project costs remain within budget.
- Prepare valuations and manage contract variations effectively to maintain project profitability.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing and quality materials.
- Identify project risks and support the implementation of mitigation strategies to minimize exposure.
- Generate accurate and timely project reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a collaborative and responsive approach to client needs.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within Construction / the Commercial Sector.
- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, variations, and cost control.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in cost management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
