Our client, specializing in property, office investments, hospitality, and construction, is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for their Uxbridge office.
The role involves commercially leading several projects, including a hotel development and the refurbishment of a grade II listed building.
Candidates should ideally be RICS qualified with a background in general contracting or development, and have experience managing all trades and suppliers.
Previous experience with hotel projects and grade II listed buildings is essential, along with cost reporting and upstream reporting skills.
The position offers a competitive salary ranging from £95k to £110k, plus a full benefits package.

Our client specialises in property, office investments, hospitality and construction. They have assets valued up to £3billion.

The need now exists for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team out of their office in Uxbridge, Hillingdon.

You will commercially lead a few projects. One is a hotel development, refurbishment of a grade 11 listed building and a high end residential project.

Our client is seeking candidates that are ideally RICS qualified and come from a general contracting or developer background. Someone that has dealt with all trades and suppliers from start to finish, from consultants, warranties etc. It is essential you have cost reporting and upstream reporting experience. Previous experience on hotel and grade 11 listed buildings is essential.

In return, our client is offering a basic salary between £95k - £110k + full package.
