HGV Plant Fitter

Professional Construction Recruitment are looking for a HGV Plant Fitter for a temp to perm position based in the Uxbridge area. This is an immediate start for this job and will be based out of the head office in Uxbridge, but you will need to have a UK Driving Licence to ensure you will be able to travel to multiple sites in and around the area.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

- Diagnose faults and rectify any mechanical or electrical faults

- Complete work using a PDA device to ensure daily records are kept up to date

- Minor and major repair work as and when required

- Communicate with various teams

- Adhere to all safety procedures on site and follow SHEQ policies.

You will need:

- The right to work in the UK

- Be based within commuting distance of Uxbridge

- UK Driving Licence

- Fully qualified plant technician with a minimum of NVQ level 2 (or similar training scheme)

- Plenty of experience in the same role

- Competent using IT & diagnostic tools
