Key Responsibilities - Behaviour mentor - Hillingdon
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with behavioural challenges.
- Implement strategies to promote positive behaviour, engagement, and emotional well-being.
- Work closely with staff, parents, and external agencies to create tailored support plans.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to teachers and senior leadership.
- Lead small group sessions focused on social skills, conflict resolution, and emotional regulation.

- Experience working with secondary school students, particularly those with behavioural challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage challenging behaviour and de-escalate situations effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and creating a positive school environment.
- Understanding of safeguarding policies and child protection procedures.
