Key Responsibilities - Behaviour mentor - Hillingdon
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with behavioural challenges.

- Work closely with staff, parents, and external agencies to create tailored support plans.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to teachers and senior leadership.

- Experience working with secondary school students, particularly those with behavioural challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage challenging behaviour and de-escalate situations effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and creating a positive school environment.
- Understanding of safeguarding policies and child protection procedures.
