* MPS1 - UPS3 Payscale - Experience preferred, however they are open to ECT applications

The successful Year 4 teacher will need to:

* Be a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a PGCE or a Bachelor of Education. Early Careers Teacher (ECT) will also be considered
* Have the ability and experience of teaching in Year 4/KS2 with good knowledge
* Have strong classroom management skills
* Be able to deal with challenging behaviour and use creative approach
* Be able to use your own initiative and work as part of a team
* Education and training

Academics Ltd are currently working with a Primary school in the London Borough of Hillingdon who are looking for a Year 4 Teacher to join their team.

The Teacher of Year 4 would ideally have previous experience as a full-time class teacher. However, they are open to considering ECT's and have a leadership team who can provide excellent coaching and mentoring support.

The Primary school in Hillingdon is a four form entry and has been Ofsted rated as good. The behaviour policy is fully implemented across KS2, and adhered to throughout the school, resulting in pupils being aware of expectations.

The school will also provide the Year 4 Teacher with targeted CPD opportunities to develop skills and encourage career progression.
