Position: Autism Support Worker
Location: Hillingdon, Greater London
Salary: 85 - 100 per day
Contract: Full-Time, Temporary

As an Autism Support Worker, you will:

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with autism.
• Assist in managing behaviour and establishing clear boundaries to create a structured learning environment.
• Work closely with teachers and therapists to implement personalised learning strategies.
• Support students in developing social skills, independence, and confidence.
• Foster a safe and engaging space where students can thrive academically and emotionally.

To be successful as an Autism Support Worker, you must:

• Be proactive, patient, and passionate about working with children with autism.
• Hold an Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one through Reeson Education.
• Provide two contactable references from working or volunteering with children or vulnerable adults within the last two years.
• Be available full-time (Monday to Friday) and ready to start immediately.
