Tezloma successful Agency with a decade of experience in the Health and Social Care sector, is looking to recruit a Male Support Worker for a Residential home based in the West Drayton area of Uxbridge.

Main Duties & Responsibilities Male Support Worker

  • Ability to support a range of people/young adults with different abilities
  • Be able to provide constant care and support to the service users with complex mental health needs and learning disabilities.
  • At least 2 years Experience working with Mental Health Needs and learning disabilities
  • A desire to work with people who may show signs of challenging behaviour
  • Commit to working with Adults who may be at risk
  • Should be able to do shift Work-Days/Nights/weekends
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Must Have Experience in Peg Feeding
  • Must have experience administering epilepsy medicine BUCCALMIDAZOLAM
  • Demonstrate expertise in person-centred care for elderly residents in a care home setting.
  • Have hands-on experience working with individuals having learning disabilities and a comprehensive understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and regulations.
  • A cleared DBS check and right to work in UK .
