Support Worker

Tezlom a successful Agency with a decade of experience in the Health and Social Care sector, is looking to recruit aSupport Workerfor a Residential home based in the West Drayton area of Uxbridge.

Main Duties & Responsibilities Support Worker

• Ability to support a range of adults with different abilities
• Be able to provide constant care and support to the service users with complex mental health needs and learning disabilities.
• At least 2 years Experience working with Mental Health Needs and learning disabilities
• A desire to work withpeople who may show signs of challenging behaviour
• Commit to working with Adults who may be at risk
• Should be able to do shift Work-Days/Nights/weekends
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Must Have Experience inPeg Feeding

• Must have experience administering epilepsy medicineBUCCAL MIDAZOLAM
• Demonstrate expertise in person-centredcarefor elderly residents in acarehome setting.
• Have hands-on experience working with individuals having learning disabilities and a comprehensive understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and regulations.
• A cleared DBS check and right to work in UK .
