Our client, a rapidly expanding force in the FMCG sector, is seeking a Demand Planning Manager for a Fixed-Term Contract to support the business amidst an exciting implementation project. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a high-growth environment and make a direct impact!
Role Overview:
As the Demand Planning Manager, you’ll lead the S&OP process, manage a team of demand planners, and drive continuous improvement in demand forecasting, accuracy, and business performance. You will work cross-functionally with various teams and senior management to ensure alignment with business goals and customer service targets
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate the S&OP process, ensuring forecast accuracy and alignment with business targets.
- Manage and develop a team of demand planners.
- Drive demand planning performance metrics and process/system improvements.
- Collaborate with senior management to present actionable insights and performance reports.
- Identify opportunities for business process improvements and efficiency gains.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in FMCG, with 6+ years in demand planning or S&OP.
- Strong expertise in SAP (APO/ECC and BI)
- Leadership, project management, and change management skills.
- Highly analytical with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Degree in business or related field. A second European language is a plus.
