- Act as the primary contact for suppliers, ensuring goods and services are delivered in line with business needs and contractual terms.
- Manage purchase requisitions and contracts, including creating scopes, due diligence, and supplier agreements.
- Monitor and improve performance against KPIs (Quality, Cost, Delivery), implementing risk mitigations as needed.
- Develop and roll out commodity strategies in collaboration with internal teams.
- Conduct RFx exercises and evaluate new suppliers and technologies to maintain a robust supplier portfolio.
- Ensure compliance with sourcing policies, governance processes, and export control regulations.
- Extensive experience managing categories across a facilities portfolio. Ideally with experience from either Aerospace, Automotive, Medical, Healthcare, Engineering, Manufacturing or Construction.Â
- Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.
- Expertise in negotiation, contract management, and data analysis.
- A degree in supply chain management, procurement, or a related field.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools (e.g., SAP, Medius) is a plus.
- £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
