We are seeking a dedicated Hair & Barbering Lecturer to join our client's educational team in West London. This part-time role offers a competitive hourly rate and the chance to inspire the next generation of hair and beauty professionals.
Day-to-day of the role:- Delivering high-quality teaching and learning in hairdressing and barbering courses.
- Preparing lesson plans and teaching materials.
- Assessing student work and providing constructive feedback.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the hair and beauty industry.
- Engaging with students to motivate and inspire them to achieve their full potential.
- Ensuring compliance with curriculum best practices and quality standards.
- Participating in departmental meetings, training, and development sessions.
- Relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed, DTTLS/PTTLS).
- Industry experience in hairdressing and barbering.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and inspire students.
