Customer Service Coordinator Job in Verwood

Dovetail Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our long-established Verwood based client. The business has modern offices, with a down to earth team who make going to work enjoyable!

The Customer Service Coordinator will be working as part of the administration team in liaising with customers, processing orders and posting invoices and credit notes. This is a busy and varied role within a very supportive team. Full training will be provided.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Customer Service Coordinator:

  • Processing and monitoring of customer orders
  • Invoicing and crediting customers
  • Answering calls, assisting customers and Area Sales Managers with queries and instructions
  • Stock transfers between customers and product sourcing
  • Running weekly and monthly customer, office and Sales rep based reports including using Excel
  • Monitoring and maintaining automatic system functions
  • Liaising with our courier where necessary
  • Some light admin tasks: franking and sending post, laminating, etc

Minimum Experience Required:

  • Strong administration skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel
  • Good communication skills and telephone manner
  • Excellent attention to detail

Salary and Benefits:

  • £25,000 basic salary per annum
  • £100 to spend on company products
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Monday to Thursday 9am - 5.30pm , Fridays 8.30am - 5pm
  • 21 days holiday (including birthday off) + bank holidays
  • Free on site parking
