- 2-3 years of experience in 3D design within the retail sector.
- Expert-level proficiency in 3D Studio Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- A strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technical design is an advantage.
- Strong Communication – Ability to clearly present ideas to clients and maintain strong relationships.
- Leadership & Organisational Skills – Proven ability to manage a team and juggle multiple projects effectively.
- Creative & Strategic Mindset – Capable of pushing creative boundaries while staying aligned with client objectives.
- Self-Starter – A motivated, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
