- Lead & Inspire – Manage a skilled team of graphic designers, guiding them to produce impactful 3D visuals that elevate retail experiences.
- Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with creative and technical teams to transform innovative concepts into practical, feasible designs that meet client expectations.
- Shape the Vision – Bring your design expertise and creative vision to every project, raising the bar for retail interior design.
- Client Engagement – Confidently present design concepts to clients, ensuring they understand and are excited about your creative direction.
- Ensure Excellence – Take full ownership of the design process, ensuring that all 3D outputs meet the highest standards and align with business objectives.
- Adaptability – Support internal projects and initiatives as needed, demonstrating versatility and commitment to the success of the team.
- Drive Success – Collaborate with account and production teams to create designs that contribute to business growth and success.
- Foster Team Culture – Play a key role in creating a collaborative, innovative, and positive work environment.
- 2-3 years of experience in 3D design within the retail sector.
- Expert-level proficiency in 3D Studio Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and technical design is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and build lasting client relationships.
- Proven leadership and organisational skills, with experience managing teams and handling multiple projects.
- A creative and strategic mindset, capable of pushing boundaries while aligning with client goals.
- A self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
