This role offers the chance to manage and inspire a team while playing a key part in the interior design and build of world-class retail spaces.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead & Motivate – Oversee a talented team of graphic designers, guiding them to produce high-impact 3D visuals that elevate retail experiences.
  • Collaborate Across Disciplines – Partner with both creative and technical teams to bring innovative design concepts to life, ensuring they are technically feasible and aligned with client needs.
  • Shape the Vision – Infuse your design expertise and creative vision into every project, setting new standards for retail interior design.
  • Client Engagement – Present design concepts to clients with clarity and confidence, ensuring they understand and are excited about your vision.
  • Ensure Excellence – Take ownership of the entire design process, ensuring every 3D output meets high-quality standards and aligns with business goals.
  • Flexibility – Support internal initiatives and projects as needed, demonstrating versatility and commitment to the overall success of the team.
  • Drive Success – Collaborate closely with account and production teams to deliver designs that contribute to the business’s success and growth.

Skills & Experience:
  • 2-3 years of experience in 3D design within the retail sector.
  • Expert-level proficiency in 3D Studio Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • A strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technical design is an advantage.
  • Strong Communication – Ability to clearly present ideas to clients and maintain strong relationships.
  • Leadership & Organisational Skills – Proven ability to manage a team and juggle multiple projects effectively.
  • Creative & Strategic Mindset – Capable of pushing creative boundaries while staying aligned with client objectives.
