This role requires flexibility, including some evening and weekend work during busy periods.Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair commercial and domestic boilers, heating, and hot water systems.
  • Provide planned, preventive, and reactive maintenance for site services and equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair boiler and system issues, sourcing and ordering parts as needed.
  • Complete and issue system certifications.
  • Oversee contractors, ensuring high standards of work.
  • Participate in an on-call rota and seasonal shift patterns.
  • Deliver excellent customer-focused service while adhering to health and safety regulations.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Engineering/Technical qualification (e.g., Apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3 in Gas).
  • Relevant gas qualifications (e.g., COCN1, CODNCO1, TPCP1, CCN1, CPA1).
  • Gas Safe certification and knowledge of natural gas, LPG, and oil systems.
  • Experience with BMS and other building services.
  • Full UK driving licence and significant proven experience.
