Are you looking to take the next step in your audit career? We’re seeking an ambitious Audit Semi Senior to join a dynamic firm, offering hands-on experience, career progression, and exposure to a wide range of clients.
The Role:
As an Audit Semi Senior, you’ll play a key role in audits from planning to completion, working closely with Audit Managers and even leading smaller audits directly under the Head of Audit. You’ll also supervise junior team members and provide valuable insights to improve client accounting systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and complete sections of audit files, ensuring quality and compliance
- Supervise and mentor junior staff, helping them develop their skills
- Support audit planning and review financial statements
- Liaise with clients and audit managers, making strategic recommendations
- Occasional travel/overnight stays for selected audits
What We’re Looking For:
- Part-qualified ACA/ACCA or relevant audit experience
- Strong team player with a proactive approach
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of CCH accounts/audit & complex Excel functions (desirable)
