Pratap Partnership is working exclusively with a business near to Wakefield to recruit an interim Financial Controller/Director to lead their finance team for at least three months, but more than likely longer. The successful candidate will report to the Managing Director and work with a strong executive team. This role would be suited to a qualified accountant, available at short notice, who has previously operated at FC or FD level who is looking to work three days per week.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing the finance team
- Responsible for group consolidation of accounts and relevant financial reporting. Â
- Maintain group cashflow forecast.
- Produce budgets at group level.
- Manage the Audit process, and ensure policies and procedures are followed.
- Work as part of the finance team proactively to establish and maintain a program of continuous improvement.
- Maintaining professional relationships both internally and externally.
- Involved in various projects
