Tax Specialist / Wakefield- Hybrid / Full-time or Part-time

Marks Sattin are currently collaborating with a well-established firm who are currently looking for a Part-time Tax Specialist. This is a unique opportunity for someone to work with a diverse client base, providing compliance support and expert advice.

The Role:

Day to Day includes:

  • Co-ordinating and overseeing tax compliance including company tax returns submissions for a wide range of clients
  • Undertaking technical tax reviews on corporation tax computations
  • Assisting with tax advisory projects and working closely with the directors on tax planning matters
  • Preparation of forms P11D and provide advice on benefits in kind
  • Overseeing the annual reporting requirements for employment-related securities and completion/review of ERS returns
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with clients
  • Provide tax technical assistance to clients, directors and colleagues across the group
  • Assisting with annual Self Assessment compliance
  • Support with AD hoc projects

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Corporate or mixed tax background
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • 3 years of Practice experience
