- Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and support month-end closing processes.
- Provide administrative support to the Purchase Ledger Supervisor.
- Maintain precise financial records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable and general accounting procedures.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
