Job Description:

Our client is a growing wealth management firm who are looking for a Financial Services & Technical Administrator. The company provides tailored financial planning and wealth management services to their clients, focusing on delivering high-quality advice and support.

As a Financial Services & Technical Administrator, you will be a key part of their support team, ensuring the smooth running of administrative and technical tasks within their business. This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have experience and/or education in financial services, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be able to commute to their office premises each day.

The role will involve taking responsibility for the following

  • Scanning and saving documents accurately in designated locations.
  • Maintaining and updating client spreadsheets with meeting details and preferences.
  • Managing client queries independently, including withdrawal requests and fund switches.
  • Processing straightforward transactions like ISAs and UTFs.
  • Drafting retirement plan suitability letters and reviewing drawdown cases.
  • Supporting with complex and straightforward replacement business processing.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience and/or education in financial services is preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
