Graduate Area Sales Manager / Specification Sales Manager

The role of the Area Sales Manager/ Specification Sales Executive Construction Products
- This is a field sales / home based position (approx. 50% home based and 50% field based) Selling a high quality range of manufactured construction materials products used in the construction of residential new builds.
- You will be responsible for winning specifications through influencing architects, main and sub-contractors, providing specifications for various contracts such as small to medium sized builder.
- 75% of your work will be driven by working closely with 3 field sales professionals who are responsible for selling to builder merchants and distributors.
- As Area Sales Manager, you will support the field sales team in breaking specifications of other manufacturers conducting 4-6 CPD presentations per month to architects.
- The successful Area Sales Manager will work as part of a team that is performing above budget expectations.
- Order values range from £2k - £1m depending on size and scope, with many projects between £2,000-£6,000.

- Ideally have sales/field sales experience, although this is not essential for the role

The Package on offer for the Area Sales Manager / Specification Sales Manager
- up to £35,000 - £40,000
- £12,000 OTE paid quarterly uncapped
- Healthcare
- Company car - hybrid (choice)
- 25 days holiday plus stats
