The Job

As a Sales Executive you will benefit from working in a people-oriented culture and alongside a supportive team who are committed to sustainability and high-quality service delivery.

Duties will include:

• Following up on enquiries and quotes
• Building rapport and strong relationship with customers
• Promoting the full range services
• Liaising with colleagues to update clients and manage expectations
• Contacting lapsed clients to gain new work
• Managing a sales pipeline
• Updating and maintaining CRM records
• Achieving monthly targets

What You'll Need

• Experience in Sales or similar; Sales Executive, Sales Advisor, Sales Administrator
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong relationship and rapport building skills
• Driven to succeed
• Team player
• Computer literate - proficient in MS Office
• Experience with CRM software preferred
