As a Drylining Estimator, you'll play a crucial role in delivering accurate and competitive cost estimates for their drylining projects.
What you'll be doing:
- Estimating Expertise: Analyzing project specifications, drawings, and ensuring our bids are both competitive and profitable.
- Client Relationships: Liaising with clients, architects, and contractors to understand project requirements.
- Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and opportunities within projects.
- Supplier Partnerships: Developing strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Tender Process: Managing the tender process from start to finish, including preparing tender submissions and presenting proposals to clients.
What you'll need:
- Drylining Know-How: Proven experience as a Drylining Estimator within the construction industry.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of drylining systems, materials, and installation techniques.
- Software Savvy: Excellent knowledge of estimating software and processes.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
